Untainted Joy is an art series which highlights the innocence and joy derived from the simplest of things, which the artist believes animates a genuine degree of happiness in our lives, free from the stain of social conditioning. With the use of vibrant colours of beautiful black children, captured in their natural state of dreamy exuberance, the series rejuvenates ecstatic memories of the blissful ignorance of childhood, free from the chaos and rules of the world.
The series aims to inspire a more positive outlook towards life and conscious gratitude for even the simplest of things amongst our imperfect selves.
