Yes. We know it can take time to really appreciate new art, so if you’re not head over heels in love with your piece, you can return any item(s) in their original condition, within 14 days of arrival to receive a full refund. Please note, we do not cover the cost of return shipping, and any customised products are non-refundable including framed prints as these are handmade-to-order. Any customs duties/taxes associated with returns is the responsibility of the buyer.

If you receive any artwork from us that have been damaged by courier mishandling you will receive a full refund or a replacement item. Print orders are sent directly to our suppliers so please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or amend your order. If your order has already been processed we will issue you a refund for all applicable items.
For original art you have up to 12 hours to amend or cancel your order, after this period we cannot promise a cancellation. Original art is shipped directly from the artist by our trusted shipping partners. You can return any item(s) in their original condition within 14 days of arrival to receive a full refund. We accept paintings, drawings, illustrations, mixed media, photography, textile and sculptural art. We also have a 'print on demand service' that allows you to start selling prints with 0 upfront costs!
We've made it easier for artists like yourself to start selling prints of your work with our 'print on demand service' (POD). There are 0 upfront fees for you and we fulfil all print orders. We handle production and delivery so you can focus on simply creating!
We believe that artists should always receive the majority, after all it’s your work! Therefore our commission is 25% and card handling fees are 3% of the retail price. Please consider this when pricing your art.
We aim to get back to successful applicants within 21 days (we’re a small team so please bear with us). Unfortunately due to the number of applicants we cannot respond to everyone, so if you do not hear from us within 21 days of your application you have not been successful this time. You are welcome to reapply after this period.
All artists are paid via Paypal or an online money transfer service* (if Paypal is not available in your country), for orders processed 4 weeks prior. This is to ensure that if a customer decides to cancel their order or return any artwork we can process this before your payout date.
*Please note both payment services may incur a small fee for withdrawals.
