Every piece you buy supports the artist’s practice. Our promise is that artists receive a fair payment with up to 70% of the profits going directly to them.

Meet our Founder

Frustrated by the fact that African and Caribbean artists were largely underrepresented in the art world, Swakara Atwell-Bennett launched the BetterShared platform in 2016 to provide a space for emerging artists of the African diaspora.
